  • Further training in transactional analysis, theme-centered interaction, large group work, conflict and mediation, etc.
  • Training in systemic coaching (Brink/Verres, Heidelberg), DVCT certification
  • Training in systemic organizational development and management consulting (Lüders&Partner, Karlsruhe)
  • Post-graduate program: “International Development Cooperation
  • Studies of social pedagogy with the subjects psychology and sociology
