Agile organization
Organizations today are challenged from many sides: by radical and successful start-ups, by digitalization and new business models. At the same time, employees are demanding more self-efficacy and creative freedom, and are asking about the meaning and purpose of their work.
The common answers to this run under buzzwords like New Work, Holacracy, Scrum, Teal Organization, Lean Start-up etc., in short “agile”.
We provide signposts and develop your own custom-fit path with you – beyond ready-made recipes and buzzwords – just the way it suits you.

The initiative 'Way We Work' came from the HR board and had the particular goal of integrating agile working into everyday life and thus making HR processes more efficient. I was active as a facilitator, because I had met Heitger+ at the Zukunftswerkstatt 2013 and had the impression that they were certainly experts in SCRUM and Co, but in particular that they had really penetrated the idea 'behind' agility. We were looking for someone like that - and not a 'method fetishist'! Heitger+ combines know-how on agile methods with the systemic approach, which gives us the security of meeting a common organizational understanding. This mix makes it - and is unique!-
