Coaching and Sparring

Coaching and sparring mean taking a productive “time-out” when it’s a matter of making complex decisions with great implications for yourself and the whole organization. The objective of coaching and sparring is to apply a broad “helicopter view” and a consistent view of your objective in coming up with various solutions, to gather and mobilize the courage and strength needed to make a decision and then to plan the next specific steps to take. In doing so, the focus – front and center – is on the people concerned along with their functions, values, attitudes and perspectives.
