Strategy Communication

The effective communication of strategies fosters transparency and is a prerequisite for the successful integration of new strategies into day-to-day business. The dialogue for strategic alignments and planned implementations requires a successful mix of various communication channels. These include large group meetings, stakeholder information, e-mails, the intranet, brochures, and the embedment of the most important changes through symbols and customs – and most of all: company-wide communication of successful pilot projects.

Those who clearly understand their best way to contribute to a strategy can also best develop commitment and head into a direction that leads to the implementation of the strategy.
