"The project with Gustav Seehusen was an immense success! The program was unique – it was calibrated to fit the needs of the group and therefore extremely flexible. No standardized programs were used in the process for flexibility to take place. For example, the participants were extremely satisfied that Gustav Seehusen successfully managed to implement their spontaneous wish to develop a feedback-culture within the team. Additionally, he managed to utilize the heterogeneity of the group and the contradictions of tradition and changes in a manner that understanding was created between different groups of interest. Due to the fact that all my colleagues and I felt the project was a substantially greater success than any of us expected, I can only recommend the workshop to anyone – even if there is no immediate change-initiative needed in the firm."
