Leadership Strategy

Determining the real added value that leadership brings to your company and how leaders can be especially effective – as driving forces behind further development of the company and implementing its strategy – that’s the starting point (“square one”) for devising a leadership strategy. We’ll work with you to determine what initiatives would be most effective in strengthening management and its leadership.
Establishing effective leadership takes real time and effort; it involves confronting and answering tough questions such as the following:
  • How do you succeed in further developing managers in a way that (bene)fits the company strategy?
  • How can a self-reliant culture of leadership be established and expanded – one that is not centered around specific persons?
  • How can managers be evaluated with respect to strategies?
