  • Turbulences – the “new normal“ – provide unexpected opportunities and risks. They cause unimagined complexity and at the same time the necessity of acting quickly. We present a model for intervention for VUCA-situations (volatility, uncertainty, ambiguity, complexity).  
  • A map for leadership and corporate development in the “Next Level Enterprise” – design principles and strategies. How to be flexible regarding content, time and space, and simultaneously provide orientation, stability, sensuous experiences, sustainable relationships and develop a sense of community?
  • Web 2.0 and social media are questioning traditional paradigms of value creation – which potential do they offer for strategic work, innovation, knowledge development and network, for “co-creation” and for decision making? Which negative dynamics and threats do they pose for brand, security, governance and core competencies? We will provide you with examples and an overview of 2.0 instruments and their functions.
  • The trend towards solutions provider and “co-creation” – implications for organizations and leadership.
  • New practical approaches from pioneer projects – what makes evolutionary innovation successful, what is necessary for “breakthrough” innovations?
  • Internationalization, the reorganization of the global economy, and the interaction between the financial and the real economy – what are resulting dynamics and how to deal with them in companies?
  • The concept of the “entrepreneurial self” – managers and employees between challenge and overload.
