Design change
There are many reasons and driving forces, which require a targeted change management in an organization: strategy implementation, changing customer requirements, new leadership, new employees, or a change in the information or product technologies. Companies are facing constant change. Change management helps organizations to adjust to changes, to implement them in a sustainable and professional way and to actively steer changes.

Why participate?

As a combination of impulses, group work and individual work, you will learn the basics of change management and different change models. Furthermore, you will learn to drive the initial conversation and contracting phase, to build change architectures (which functions are to be ensured) and about the different phases with their respective design strategies. You will also improve your personal change competencies.
